  • 当Webサイト内に掲載されている画像及び文章について、一切の無断転載及び転用を禁じます。

  • 無断転載及び転用に対して、原則として事後承認を行う事はありません。

  • 【ブログ】では絵と関係の無い記事を投稿する場合があります。

 

• 一次創作について （2019/07/30）

  • 『【画廊】の【一次創作】に掲載されている画像及び文章、及び、ブログ上で“一次創作”または“Primary-Work”のタグが付けられている記事上の画像及び文章』（以下、「創作物A」という。）の著作権は、管理人である平松にあります。

  • 創作物Aに対する二次創作については、下記項目の全てを満たさない場合は禁止します。

    • 営利目的ではない。

    • 一から制作した作品であり、既存画像または既存文章を加工した作品ではない。

    • 個人利用（個人ページへの掲載、自身のSNSアカウントでアイコンとして使用等）のみに使用し、他者へ配布をしない。

    • 創作物Aの権利者から削除依頼を受けた場合、速やかに削除、または不適切な箇所を修正することに同意する。

    • 投稿時には「参照元画像（URLでも可）」または「参照元画像の著作権者名」を投稿作品内あるいは作品説明文に明記する。

    • 管理人の制作物に基づいた二次創作を行うことにより不利益を被る場合、全て自己責任とし、管理人には一切の責任を求めない。

  • 「【画廊】の【二次創作（ガイドライン有）】並びに【二次創作（ガイドライン無）】掲載されている画像及び文章、及び、ブログ上で“二次創作”または“Derivative-Work”のタグが付けられている記事上の画像及び文章」（以下、「創作物B」という。）は原作及び出版社とは一切関係ありません。

  • 二次創作についてのガイドラインが更新された場合、更新後のガイドラインに沿う形式に創作物Bを修正または削除します。

  • 創作元の関係者様から削除要請、または修正要請を頂いた場合、速やかに要請内容に従います。
     

• 秘密ページについて (2015/11/27)

  • 【画廊】の【秘密ページ】に掲載されている画像及び文章については、以下の取り扱いとします。

    • 一次創作の画像及び文章については、創作物Aに適用される項目と同様とする。
